Simply, Easy, Fast, Inexpensive & tastes like lasagna. What's not to like? :) I had several opened packages of cheese that needed to be used. Parmesan, Cheddar, Mozzarella and a part bag of Tex-Mex cheese. Worked perfectly. Just what I needed on a day when I didn't really want to invest a lot of time or thought into supper. The bonus is that since there is only the two of us....leftovers. :) Thanks for sharing your recipe.

This was a hit so to speak with DD, who can be as fussy as any 17-year-old! What else needs to be said about that!! DH thought we would not be eating until 9:00 pm as we had been out, and had taken my mother shopping. It was a late night, but we were eating about 8:00 pm. It will be on our list again. I did, however, use less spaghetti sauce and added a can of diced tomatoes, and low fat cheese.

This was fantastic! Rave reviews from the whole family; it really does taste like lasagna. I used Ragu 7 herb chunky sauce. I did sprinkle a bit more parmesan cheese on top, and baked it 5 minutes longer to brown the top a bit. My husband likes it better than lasagna. It would be so easy to double the recipe and freeze half, or double it for company. So nice to have another great recipe in my rotation!
